About
Lauren Darisse is COO and General Counsel of The HRT Club, a direct-to-patient hormone therapy and pharmacy membership platform backed by Besins Healthcare, a family-owned global pharmaceutical leader in hormone therapy since 1885. She runs legal, compliance, HR, and operations as a department of one inside a scaling healthcare company.
Before that she built legal and operations infrastructure at One Medical, Iora Health, and The Pill Club, taking digital health companies from early stage through scale, including through a Chapter 11.
She talks about healthcare the way she runs companies. Plain language. Real constraints. What it actually takes to get care to the people who need it.
